That's a great effort, in my opinion. We use real estate agents because their experts in the field, they know the prices in the area, and work hard to get you the best deal possible.
But they get paid for it, and if you're willing to do the legwork yourself, selling your home can net you a little more profit.
The unit is going for around $400 000, which is a tough number to market. With the housing crisis in America, is it a good idea to chip in for a new place? On the other hand, Australia might coast safely past the recession, and housing prices might be on the way back up...
From the ad:

Unfortunately, the ad specifies two different addresses, one on Bardo road and one on Barrenjoey road. The idea of naming a road after an infertile baby kangaroo seems strange, but who am I to blame naming conventions in Australia? Pick an address and go with it....
