If you visit Shanghai, you could potential take an eagle-eye look at the city from this model of what city planners hope Shanghai will look like in 2020.
It's over 100 square feet and it looks terrifying.
Still, it's a good way to pick out a neighborhood, though it must be awfully tempting to not stand in the river and scream like Godzilla. I'm getting that itch just looking at the photos - I can't imagine howshanghai-model-city strong the urge would be if I was actually there.

I wouldn't want to live in Shanghai, personally... it's really crowded and over-commercialized for my tastes. Sure, you can shop in hundreds of designer boutiques, but who wants to do that? Do you? DO you?
The good thing about Shanghai is that they have a beer called 'Reeb'. It's like the Simpsons, where Homer goes to a bar on the other side of town and has a beer called 'Fudd'.

They are not cheap. Wow, are they ever expensive...
