We are currently renting an unfurnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 car park apartment at City Road, Southbank.
The apartment is on the 9th floor, and comes with a dishwasher, air conditioning and a clothes dryer.
We are relocating overseas for a couple of months and looking for someone to take over the remaining of our lease ASAP, which ends around mid April. The lease can be extended should you wish to do so after April. Rent is $365 a week, or $1582 per calendar month.
A bond of $2190 (6 weeks rent) is required, which is refundable at the end of the leasing term.
